in Key Largo that has a Saltwater Lagoon, a 400' Fishing Jetty and best of all you can swim or snorkel right off shore and
explore the corals and underwater sea life.
This updated Villa has direct views of the pool
area and Tiki huts from the main living area as well as from the master bedroom. It is also located in the "A" Building
which is the most requested building to stay in since it is the only building that offers sun-decks/patios surrounded by coconut
palm trees and it is also the closest building to most of the resort amenities: New Playground, Saltwater Lagoon, Pool
area, Tennis Courts, Marina, and Beach!!!
The kitchen was recently renovated to
include all new applicances, new Shaker style wood cabinets, stainless steel undermount sink, and exotic granite counter
top/back splash. Additional upgrades include new Solid Wood Dining Set, new Natuzzi Leather Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, installed
new Wood Plank Flooring throughout entire 2nd floor area, Installed Brand New Modern Main Bathroom/Tub as well as Brand New
Guest Bath/Shower, also replaced all Master Bedroom Furniture to include new King Size bed and 45" HDTV. Guest Bedroom
has new 55" Samsung 4k Smart TV and Living Room has new 70" Samsung 4k Smart TV.
